Hello folks,
I purchased a box of 50 .243win 85grain Nosler Partition bullets, which hopefully I've persuaded someone to load up into some once fired Norma cartridges for me.
Can anyone recommend a good load with these bullets?
Thanks

Try this,Hodgdon h414,or win 760 (same powder) starting load 38.5gns working up to 41.7 max load,I find the above powders work very well in my .243,although I am currently loading an 80gn Sierra blitz, should find a nice accurate load somewhere between min and max, good luck tell us how it goes mate:tiphat:

Im using 43 grains of H414 in my sako
for 90 grains nosler ballistic tip.

as usual work your load up from about 39 grains.

80 grain noslers, I used 46 grains of h414, but again work up to that in half grain loads from about 39.

Hi Jim.

i load them 20 though back from the lands, seam to work for me, get a good 1 inch group at 200 yds

3 inches low at 200 from a bang on 100 yd zero.

the 90 grain noslers are very good on deer with about an inch exit wound on chest shots and not too much meat damage.

Thanks for that iv tryed a few this afternoon and are very pleased for my first go shot a 5p szed group at 100m
