Why is the 7x64 not more popular on the range. Making my first steps into rangeshooting as a way of training for stalking, I read a lot about it. The 6.5-284 seems very popular. You frequently read that the balisticly strong 7mm rounds take over on the longer ranges. Why isn't the 7x64 not used more?
Is it a less accurate round ? To long or short neck ? Wrong angle of the shoulder ? Please explain? Maybe a man like Redmist or some other long range shooter/gunsmith can explain this to me.
