A former police constable filmed a naked teenage girl and took pictures up strangers' skirts, a court has heard.
Robert Tedds, 58, who was previously with Warwickshire Police, admitted three charges of making an indecent image of a child.
He also admitted five counts of outraging public decency and was given a three-year community order at Worcester Crown Court.
Tedds had been working in a civilian role when the offences took place.
He retired as an officer in 2011 and had been working with the force's firearms licensing unit when the offences took place, between May and June this year.
