I'll have to check and get back to you on the OAL and powder load but from memory it was 43.5grns. I had about 15 loaded rounds left from my last 308, a Sako also with a 20'' barrel. They were seated too long to fit in this rifle so as a quick fix I popped the rounds through the die and simply kept turning it a quarter turn down until the bolt closed in the rifle then backed it off another half turn! This accuracy has been lucky in that it's out the first loads tried in effect. TBH I have generally been lucky with first loads and the only one that had issues was the first ones in the 6.5-284. It seems a bit fussy. I have never had problems loading for a 308 with regards to accuracy, all around 1/2-3/4 inch and acceptable for stalking.

I can check the OAL but it will be unique for my rifle which has a custom barrel fitted. I have not put them through a chrono...
