I dont know about their boots, but my sons 100 lacrosse wellies fell to bits in less than 8 months (rubber perished on all the flex points).
after sales service was none existent, they have never responded to any e-mails faxes or phone calls.
    so buyer beware.
I wish I was half the hunter my dog thinks I am

I have had a pair of the thermal field boots for 4 years and had no problems except very hot feet ! I did have a pair of wellies which I bought in a sale they lasted 6 months .i tried to return them but got no joy I would agree the after sales service is zero .But saying that I also paid a lot of money for some leather lined chameau wellies and they lasted a season and both split across the heals I got zero response from them as well
