I would be interested to know whether any other members have had problems in receiving goods from K9. I ordered and paid for a Biothane leash on 17 October. I chased at end Oct and had an e mail saying that Royal Mail could not deliver and they will repost. (Royal Mail give you a red ticket to pick up at sorting office if they can't deliver.)
I have sent other e mails and left messages on their phones they don't answer, so am now taking Trading Standards Agency route with an initial formal letter to K9.
