The average weight for adults over 2 years old are 14.4kg for buck (although exceptionally can be up to 23kg) and 12.0kg for a doe.
These are whole body weights
dressed weights are typically about 68% of whole weight.
 
Noob question alert but is the dressed weight when the animal is gralloched, skinned, head and feet off ready for the butchering process?
