I have been shooting for a while, and am now trying to try out as many variations of shooting as possible. I always have airguns, I have just made the 'a' team at the local .22 prone comp club and have been blasting clouds for just under 2 years with a silver pigeon. Soon to hit more clays than I miss ( I hope) can be anywhere between 55- 65/ 100 depending on wind.
I am also in a syndicate where we have 2 pens and put in around 400 birds a year ( 2 years now).
I have just applied to join Dee Wildfowlers (meeting in Jan) and have applied for my .243, awaiting the ok to get open cert for .22 vermin shooting (do a couple of golf clubs occasionally) and will be using .243 for fox on approved land.
I have just joint BDS and will be trying for my DSC1 in May, with a view to trying out some stalking if the wife will let me have any more time off.
Beats doing the decorating!
Hoping to pick up some tips on kit etc in here and maybe another syndicate.
