CookBook reviews please

Just for info, got the New Michel Roux JR book, cooking with the masterchef.. Quite a nicely written book, with some game recipes included. 2 for £10 in WH Smiths at present.
 
Try the original game cookery book (game conservancy trust) written by Julia Drysdale. Modern reprint is on amazon, edited by barbara thompson.

yeah, Im past Stewart's Venison Fillet, Chips and beans.... or Duck Pizza...
I tend not to follow recipes, but like the inspiration on flavour combos...
With a son who wants to to be the next Pierre Koffman, and Wife that would challenge Giles Coren as a Critique.. I have to keep ahead of the game.
PLus it gives Ben stuff to read, and inspire..

As for sampling...... We'll work on that when you get home...:D
