Managing deer in different settings

An informative day of discussion on managing deer across wild, park and farm settings, and getting the most from your carcass. With talks by Norfolk Police, profesional deer managers Chris Rogers, Glyn Ingram and Julian Stoyel in the morning followed by a Venison Barbeque lunch and talks by renowed game chef Jose Souto and Ben Rigby in the afternoon. The day will finish with a tour of the deer Park.
