[h=1]Managing deer in different settings[/h][h=3]Saturday 17th May 2014 Houghton Hall[/h]An informative day of discussion on managing deer across wild, park and farm settings, and getting the most from your carcass. With talks by Norfolk Police, profesional deer managers Chris Rogers, Glyn Ingram and Julian Stoyel in the morning followed by a Venison Barbeque lunch and talks by renowed game chef Jose Souto and Ben Rigby in the afternoon. The day will finish with a tour of the deer Park.

Looks like an interesting event this, surprised it hasn't attracted more interest on here.

Houghton's a lovely park with a varied population of deer that's worth a look by itself even without all these extra bits.

Might have to try and venture up myself. Thanks for organising it folks. :)
