Do any of the trade members have experience of them and can offer me some advice please?
I supplied a member a set of sticks.
He had them for almost a week then he contacted me saying he'd had changed his mind about them and wanted a refund.
He also said in the same message 'less the postage' regarding the refund.
Ive refunded him and arranged collection of the sticks for return to me.
Hes now been in touch quoting distance selling regs and that not only do i have to refund the postage but i also have to stand the return postage as well......this seems overly onerous on the supplier but, if these are the regulations, I'll obviously just have to take it on one of my chins.
