    Cleaning goat heads

Ok the tongue is slightly in the cheek with this one . Having recently twice seen tv clips of engines and parts being cleaned in a steam unit could it in theory be used for deer / goat skulls ? Assuming you'd be allowed to use it in the first place !
I've got 4 goat skulls ready to boil and one of the problems will be the height of them as I've removed the horn from the interior bone which I presume will have to be boiled as well as the skull. I think the old tea urn is deep enough.
