that will work ,
Similar to mine mate, just be careful if you didn't notch the uprights to take the steps you are relying on the screws which, if the timber isn't treated, can soon pull out of the wood. It may be an idea to pin some wire or screw some thin strapping around the steps onto the uprights in case they give way in the future. Also if it's accessible by the public check that some div hasn't sawn part the way through each time you use it as there are still idiots that tamper with things they don't understand!!
Dead comfy though and loads of room!
Good idea - I've got spme straining wire somewhere. I'll staple that under all the rungs. Cheers Stratts.
I would put vertical pieces between each of the steps and add a stringer from the top step back down to the ground about 6 feet back from the bottom step as it is very wide and the steps are not the thickest for a 90 kg weight to step onto.
The steps are always reckoned to be at the best angle when they are at 11 degrees from the vertical, Theres my German hunting course showing some fruit at last.
Looks great. Love to have a go a making one but with my limited DIY skills and no diagram, it would just end up as a pile of fire wood.
