I used an Enzo Fisher as a larder knife for several years, still use it for heads and feet on cull days. I bought the blank blade from Brisa then put a handle on myself in orange G10. Very happy with it. Only thing I would say is that the steel seems to be less stainless than most other stainless knives that I have. I think the Fisher is the model that is best suited to UK deer use.
