I have recently had to return a scope to Deben because it was not clear at all ( no picture when looked through properly , but sight picture when viewed off center) the thing is i optically centered it before mounting on my Air rifle ( its intended for a .223 or .308) to play with.
The shop where i purchased it sent it back to Deben and they have informed me that the problem was the turrets were at the extreme of adjustment .
I know the scope was in optical center as I zero'd it at 30 yards and it was not holding zero either.
The shop has informed me that it has been sorted and it should be back with them next , mon/tues.
The question i have is should i accept this as I believe that it has been fauly from day 1 , should i just ask for my money back?
