Mora knives

Hi, today I had the pleasure of using several Mora knives when butchering a Fallow with Andy Papworth.

I am a fan of these knives being extremely good value especially the carbon blades, which seem to hold an edge even with my abuse lol.

Now my intention is to purchase a knife holder from Rob (Cheshire lad) which I believe holds three knives, my question is which knives to order, I would like one to be a Tripe/Roe knife, I already have a basic Mora Clipper so would the third be a bendy boning knife?

If so which one should I go for?

As always thanks for input,

Regards WB

+1 to stalkinginengland re the flexible boning knife
I use a Marttiini fish filleting knife for home use but I suppose one without a wooden handle might be better with regards to hygiene.
There's a fishing tackle site, tackle bargains which usually has a good selection in stock
