What they are is
The metal plate seen against the wall and polymer vertibrae that then allows you to use the atlas joint to mount the trophy. It is not fixed and is useable for other trophies other than deer.
Kind of a full mount without the skin.
How much do you think they're worth?
Do you think they're any good?
It's a new patented design.
 
I personally prefer a skull on a shield, I think it looks less freaky than the vertebrae mount , not my cup of tea , but that's just me !

What makes it more attractive than mounting the head on a shield?

Why would you want to see plastic neck bones?
 
Alright, alright you bunch of old traditionalist farts.
There was I thinking that we could forge ahead and me make my millions as sole european distributor.
Right back to the drawing board. Talking of drawing boards, I've been looking at making trophy plaques in natural woods not bloody MDF. Even got some CNC software and produced my first design.

Simple to make with a bandsaw and router.
