Ok so here's a challenge for you ladies and gents!!
I've sorted a shed to get rid of enough bumf to give me some space in my garage to erect a stud wall and create a larder area 2.5m wide x 1.5m, which I know is small but it's all I can manage!
Here's a plan to scale of the footprint and I need to get the following in there. At this time I only deal with the smaller species which is a good job, lol!!
Tall fridge 500mm wide x 600mm deep
Chest freezer 900mm wide x 600mm deep
Stainless table 1200mm wide x 500mm deep
Wall cupboard 500mm wide x 300mm deep
I'll be getting a small bit of hanging rail and a hook to fix to the ceiling for hanging and skinning which will need to be central and may bend towards the door
Hooks on the wall for apron, mops, etc
Knife rack on wall
As it stands I can't get waste water away so won't have a sink unfortunately.
Here's a mock up I've done which leaves an area about 6ft x 3ft to work around a deer when skinning!
