Met office got it correct, as predicted torrential rain in Devon at the moment, and a cancelled day ensued.
So i decided to put the time to some constructive use and tie some flies to replace the ones lost during the previous season so that i am ready for 2013.
Started off with some reservoir flies ready for the Hawthorn hatch, the bibio.

loaded a batch of 50 20 tac, 50 243 soft points ready for my stalking every day next week,

forgot to mention i installed the next doors new dish washer, not that hard but it had to be fitted within the cabinets so it had to have a front door fitted, what a pain in the R's, sorted it with some velcro to line it up and hold it while i got the screws in from behind the inside edge of the dish washer.

now sitting on here reading some drivel about drizzle :)

Out first thing to feed pheasants, got so wet and cold i could barely drive the quad home. Now just loaded and test fired some rounds for the new rifle.

got to admit i will be out later with the 20 tac and 1S1K with his hot new .222 :)

I wasted nearly the whole day doing house work
But redeemed it by sourcing bits for my new reloading bench.
