The date for this year’s H4H shoot at Bisley is Saturday 22nd June. I will add details in the next couple of days.

To the spoilers and hecklers please add no comments and keep your negativity to your self, you don’t need to attend ifs of no interest to you.

Thanks, @8x57. I look forward to hearing the details.

Out of interest, why do you expect anyone to heckle?

Kind regards,

Carl

Because we have previously had negative comments posted by some that don’t support the charity. If that is their view then that’s fine with me but keep your opinions private and don’t **** on our parade.

OK. Thank you. I didn't know that.

Kind regards,

Carl

Date is in the calendar. First time last year and had a great day for a good cause. And nice to meet other SD members in person.

My wife and I are rather busy at the moment but just to give a little bit more information for those that have been contacting me. Those brilliant guys at the BSRC have yet again offered us the use of their excellent ranges on the date I mentioned above (Saturday 22nd June). I failed to find sufficient words to thank these guys (and girls) adequately way back and I'm failing once again.

I will post the details of the shoot and how to enter sometime in the next few weeks when I can, but for now I can tell you that its more than likely to be a very similar format to the shoots that have been run at Bisley for the last few years. So you will have the opportunity to shoot the stalkers test with centrefire at 100 yards on electronically scored targets, running boar at 50 metres (.22 rimfire only) and running deer at 100yards using centrefire.

Please, please don't post messages asking for details to be sent to you, or count me in, or pm me for information for the time being because your messages will probably go unanswered at the moment. I beg that you just be patient for now, we will get there eventually.

And yes it will be an international event with Jagare making a special trip from Sweden and others making the long trek from Yorkshire. :tiphat:

Unfortunately at present I am meant to be in Holland that weekend. Went last year for the first time and fluked a decent score. Nice bunch of people and a pleasant day.

Don't do yourself down Nic, it wasn't a fluke but consistently good shooting.

I would be interested in attending. Do you have to be a member of the NRA or any other requirements to attend?

No need to be a member of the NRA. The only thing that you do need is a FAC so don't forget to bring that with you on the day.

I am sending plenty of once fired Norma brass with Jagare that you can have as prizes/ raffle items.

My apologies Border for not previously thanking you for your generous donation. I am sure that we will make good use of them one way or another.:tiphat:

FAC, Sense of humour.
that's all you need except rifle and bullets (no hollow point 22'2s for the boar though )
