CDSG ltd are no longer based at Cotton Dale , I suspect that would explain the appearance of Reloading UK .
You could ring the shooting ground , whose name they trade under , that may well put pressure on them if its bringing their name into disrepute .

I've just discovered Foest Lodge Guns , they answer the phone , go the extra mile and communicate . I'd been searching for a 223 eld/amax seating stem for an age , only a small part , FLG have sourced one . Sorted .
Good old fashioned customer service , gets my vote.

not if they aren’t answering it !
Agreed. Either they've got their sh1t together or they haven't. Sounds like the latter. No stock is understandable, whereas poor communication indicates a level of customer neglect up with which one should not put. I wouldn't pander.

Phew! The tortuous lengths to which one will go in order to avoid a hanging preposition. I hate myself.

Hmmm,

I needed to order some .280 from Graffs in the US. They suggested using CDSG or Reloading solutions (looking at the websites they are one and the same).

Dropped them an email and within 12 hours I had a link for the purchase of 500 Peterson .280 cases for £452. Order placed and automated email acknowledgment.

Emailed back to see if they thought the estimated delivery may have been shorter than the 21-4-20 as the website said 28 days for Peterson brass. Radio silence.......

I guess I’ll know by the end of April! Paid on the credit card just in case this goes into dispute

As far as I’m aware it’s CDSG that’s turned into reloading uk, Reloading solutions on the other hand have been brilliant to deal with, you do have to ring them for a quote, they will actually tell you when something is not in stock. Everything I’ve ordered from them has arrived within 2 days.

Yes. Reloading Solutions are really great. Quality service. However, have they joined the digital revolution yet...?

Sorry my mistake you are correct. Did speak to reloading Solutions, they were quite helpful although they were going to ring me back and never did

Reloading Solutions has nothing to do with CDSG. I’m confident you will not have any problems with Reloading Solutions.
