Rifle inaccuracies

Anyone had an issue with a rifle shooting clover leafs in the bull at 100m but seriously inaccurate at 150m+?
If so what was the cause and solution?

Same brass?
All factory ammunition, 4 different types.
Incredibly accurate at 100m but horrendous over that distance, completely missing red deer at 180m. I've checked everything possible apart from shooting it with no mod on, I'm 100% sure it's the barrel though. Curious if anyone else has had this.

Something is definitely not right then. Is it a new rifle, or has it suddenly started?

It may be the nut behind the bolt, joking aside, was it always like this,is the barrel free floating or moderator slightl loose

Had a hell of a job initially with my regular bullets so changed to another make and zeroed perfectly at 100m then didn't really use it much, shot a few deer and noticed that some were hit where they shouldn't of been but put it down to me or the rifle moving, then shot a good few deer last year and found I was missing several and hitting them too far back but anything 100m or under was stone dead.

Definitely not the nut behind the rifle, used my other rifle and knocked over 10 in the last week, some long shots and some headshots.

Can’t understand how it would be cloverleafs at 100 and then spread out in the next 50 meters….would have to be the bullet type as all the rest of the components shouldn’t matter if they are on the same trajectory at 100 meters.

I can't understand it either, been stalking for 20 years and never had an issue like this
