Been looking at the above gun, does anyone have one or shot one,
What’s the difference between the 690 l and the 690 lll.
Any Info or help would greatly appreciated
Cheers

It’s just in wood grade and engravings. Barrels and action are the same.
Thanks so much mate appreciate it, have seen both a l & lll for sale for roughly same price, so obv better with the lll if better wood.
Also been offered the 682 Gold e so just waiting for more pictures or details of that

I didn’t want to suggest the 682 since I thought you decided on the 690. I shot it, a lot of friends still use it, in my opinion the much better gun of the two. Even if well shot, a trip to Beretta and few euros will make it as new mechanically. The 690 is still a good gun.

SWMBO shoots a 20 bore 690 I. It has nice wood. The top one in this picture.

I think that the III may be game scene engraving.

Steve.

If it fits you, and the price is ok, yes. On the other hand, I have a 692 which people say it’s generally to be avoided, and I’m personally very happy with. Have a round of clays with both if you can, will help you more than all my opinions :-)

692 is great but quite a bit more cash
