Very sorry to hear that Peter, I have really appreciated all the help and advice you’ve given. It’s fair to say ATN’s reputation has advanced significantly because of you and its a real shame to loose your support on the forum.

Just when I'd started to reconsider the advice never to buy anything ATN. This chap really did a great job of restoring some degree of confidence in their products. If I was ATN UK, I'd be very reluctant to do anything other than let him carry on doing what he's doing so well.

@beanieboy I bought one of the reconditioned units just before Christmas, very pleased with it, good solid unit. But like yourself, prior to Peter's input on the forum, I would never have even considered ATN given their previous reputation.

Exactly same here. Rightly or wrongly the horrors stories put me off. But after couple of PMs with Peter I bought a NV scope & very pleased with it too. Would I have bought it without Peter being a member on here? Absolutely not a chance.

Same here, had 3 x sight 5's, 2 went back, only stuck with it because the customer service was so good!

Rest assured, I have not made the service changes over the past couple years for them to be forgotten overnight, and it brings me enormous joy to hear of the impact I have made in such a short space of time regarding brand perception and confidence; I am certain the customer-is-king culture will remain firmly imbedded within my team for many years to come, and the team in Hereford are all there to help you as usual, direct number is on the website and email is support@atnuk.com

This account will be deactivated/un-monitored going forwards, but I have advised my team that should they wish to continue with a presence on the SD, to set up a new ATN Europe Ltd. account.

Peter, we may have often been on opposite sides of the fence when it came to ATN products, but I can honestly say that you have done more to rehabilitate ATN than anyone else ever has
Thanks to you, ATN is a far more respected company then before you came on the scene
I wish you every success in whatever direction your career takes you and hope that your replacement lives up to the very high standards you have set
