After securing an Andrew James meat grinder for a steal on evil bay recently I used it for the first time this afternoon & fair to say I got a bit carried away in the moment…
Skinned & broke down two muntjac, cut into rough cuts & whacked in the freezer in some bags for a bit before putting it through the mincer - what a beast
Now got 3.5kg of mince in the freezer, plus two loins & four fillets. Having the other two loins for supper - Sunday roast
Oh, & still got two haunches in the fridge to sort out tomorrow as my back was killing me after standing at the kitchen counter all afternoon!
