I’ve lost my virginity with a mincer 😳

After securing an Andrew James meat grinder for a steal on evil bay recently I used it for the first time this afternoon & fair to say I got a bit carried away in the moment…

Skinned & broke down two muntjac, cut into rough cuts & whacked in the freezer in some bags for a bit before putting it through the mincer - what a beast 😳

Now got 3.5kg of mince in the freezer, plus two loins & four fillets. Having the other two loins for supper - Sunday roast 😋

Oh, & still got two haunches in the fridge to sort out tomorrow as my back was killing me after standing at the kitchen counter all afternoon!

I managed to blow my mincer up on Friday - clearly mincing 65kg of venison and pork in a day was too much for my carerlite mincer!!
Clearly not man enough.
Still, I now have 85kg of sausages in the freezer!!😋
