Two of my Verum pattern knives, Uddeholm Elmax 'super clean' powder steel, a steel fittingly described to me as an 'apex predator' of steels. It is expensive for a reason , check the link below, where it is classed as an 'ultra premium steel'.
Both these knives are just under 230mm in length with a blade length of 110mm , both ground to a full flat with a 18 degree secondary bevel diamond polished to a mirror, the edges on these blades are literally surgical sharp, they will cut Rizla paper with ease.
Both knives have spines surface ground to just under 3mm with tangs tapering to just over 1mm.
Handles are G10 with G10 liners , finished with black carbon fibre pins, so food safe. Both handles have been sculpted for extra grip.
Sheaths are made by Gaz Kendal and have been shrunk fit to a very tight 'click fit'. So after getting wet they wont be like a wizard's sleeve!
