Im selling this as realistically i will never use it or build it into what it was going to be - i was going to make a 6xc long range pistol. happy to build something for the buyer, or sell as is. I'll include the rifle for free as it came to me as a trade in from a forum member. it's has had a life but ive done a bit of work on the inside of the barrel, and recut and crowned the muzzle. tested with 87 vmax homeloads (as a rifle) it shot around MOA without trying too hard, not brilliant but not bad by any means. it has a picatinny rail and a walker trigger which is actually quite crisp. upgraded triggers are available, but probably not much need. it's threaded 1/2x20 unf and gauge checked.

the stock is a MCMILLAN XP100 stock, fully bedded with blind box magazine inlet, the box, spring and follower from the rifle fit perfectly. To remain legal as a long range pistol the overall length must be 600mm which the current barrel at 15.5" easily complies with, another inch or so could be taken off. there is an adjustable butt spike and bipod stud. bipod not included.

as for licensing, i can sell/give this as a rifle or long range pistol whatever you have a slot for.

for the stock i am asking £400, the rifle will be given for free to the purchaser of the stock. i will include Parcelforce shipping to an RFD in the price.

heres some more info, its actually the XP100R (repeater) that you could re-create with the model 7 and this stock

I must resist. I already have a Thomson/Centre Encore in .243 15” or I would be jumping at the. Such a rare opportunity here in the uk.
Is that just with the pistol grip or do the FEO insist on an oal of 60cm?
My Contender went into the melt back in 97 but the FEO let me keep the 14 inch barrels so now it has emigrated with me to Europe in 2002 and has now a stainless original Contender frame.

Rifle stocked, so it’s a rifle and always has been.
