I dont, that's what I'm refering too I'm rather surprised the price has increased coinciding with the red rut versus the opening of the hind season, you would expect the price to drop with the red rut or fallow rut.

Ah, ok, I got you now. I was confused by your reference to the 30th (of October, presumably?) which as far as I'm aware doesn't relate to any change in season for either sex of red deer in Scotland.
