New Pixfra Draco Multi-Spectral 4K LRF Binoculars

I've been pondering upgrading my HE25 4k model.

I was looking at the 35 4k model but now these have shown up the saving is tempting.

The Habrok are just so good

I'm upgrading from the HE25L 4k' and was pondering the 35 4k's but couldn't justify the price. The Pixfra's are half the price and I have taken a punt and have a set on order.

There is at least one RFD that takes pre orders for new kit but only takes a 10% deposit. The remaining 90% is due when the item arrives with them. Seems like a much better way of doing things in truth especially as half the time distributors aren’t 100% sure how many units they will even receive when said items do land. The MIA Nocoix Nite D70 is a classic example of this. Dozens have been sold for £899.00 I expect and it’s what 2-3 months late now. Distribution guys won’t have to pay for the pre order units until 30 odd days after they land as well meaning they have held peoples money for 3 plus months.

Just to be clear I am not suggesting improper conduct by anyone, but the Chinese manufacturers do probably need to be more honest about when things will actually arrive.

I did see BDS advertising today a Simpson's Open evening on 14 Jan hosted by Thomas Jacks which specifically mentioned the Dracos being there.

Hopefully not long now...................

On route to us, but showing weather delays from DPD... They will arrive this week at some point though !

We have just received an email from DPD showing 2-4 day delays in shipping in some areas due to weather and backlogs, just FYI.
Thank you. Can you clarify
On route to use, is that "on route to us (Blackwoods)" or on route to you (customer)"

Makes sense. The snow in my area has been bad, but for the past 2 days the roads have been absolutely fine - yet DPD are refusing to operate 🙄

Tested the new Pixfra Draco D635 yesterday. Very good with 640 thermal sensor and strong digital. Available here in Sweden some time now but surely UK would be a much more important market but as promotion says aslo ideal for birdwatchers ...perhaps more of them in Sweden ?
Pricewise ca 27 english p and that sort of hefty. Don't know, but find warranty of only 2 yrs a bit chary ..
No real need for multi here in Sweden huntingwise as night optics only for boar and they come out well into full darkness.
