yes I believe so. If you go on the Swarovski website there is instructions how to age different scopes depending on their serial numbers.

From Swarovski web site. It is fairly easy to age their optics.

What is the year of manufacture of my device?
Serial numbers
The serial numbers of our products may differ due to the product group and/or the age of the product.

Option 1
Your product has a serial number consisting of one letter and 9 digits.
The first two digits (after the letter) + 1930 give the year of production.


Option 2
Your product has a serial number consisting of two letters + 7 digits + one letter.
The first two digits (after the letters) + 2010 indicate the year of production.

Option 3
