It’s early summer here now and that means it’s varmint time, my favourite type of shooting. Hares, rabbits, cats and various pest birds like Canada geese. By far the wiliest quarry is the male peacock, a pest species here. There’s a beaut with a long train that I saw again last night... he’s become my next target, very hard to get as they have incredible long range eyesight, a real hunting challenge. Watch this space.

Very Nice - what calibre and bullet, they don't look like they've been hit! (not doubting you did but mine always look a bit more beaten up when shot with a CF!)

Ha ha have a look in the other photo in the Z-Max thread ! I don’t normally post the gory parts but I thought I’d do so to show the true effects of the Z/V Max.

I did, they definitely did on there, I saw it after posting, agree the z-max is and excellent bullet!
