  4. RCBS Die grub screw fail - again!

    I've never had an issue with the grub screws on my dies, as I have nipped them on day1 and never needed to adjust them. I have had other issues and have found RCBS customer support exemplary. I'm sure if you contacted them they would send some more to you. Might I suggest, when you tighten them...

    I aways double bag the head and carcase separately to reduce the risk of tics as I usually have to carry them some distance.     Just loaded the new firmware v 5.5.140 and no problems... all looks good. I did notice that a code is now displayed in the scope on completion of the S/W load. I'm presuming that this handshake negates the 'restore' requirement? All data seems to be stores... we will see when I shoot it...

  7. Best allrounder stalking calibre

    I have .243 and 308, but the 308 gives consistent low meat damage with 150g gamekings. Big slow bullet does the job. No complaints and is much better if you encounter a red, or a boar, plus a vast array of different bullet weights and stiles.
