It seems the Pulsars have the edge even without the digital Day/Night channel of the HikMicro's, bigger field of view and more robust build quality keep being mentioned about the Pulsar's.

I did see these, they look great but their sensor is 640 X 512 wheres the HIK Micro and the Pulsar is 1280 X 1024.
I keep my kit a while and it gets used a lot so thought I should buy the ones with the best defination.
But looking forward to real world reviews of the Draco's from members.
