Your living in a dream world. 2nd cut finished here on Monday. 2x mowers in a field one with front and side mowers. They cut at 20 km so not a chance for anything to escape. Roe does on point of kidding. In fact got a picture of a fawn in Somerset this am.
I think no kids mowed on my perms...
I have a Lidl one and use it to get the angles correct after a fair few hand sharpens. Just need to tickle the teeth. I find it does an excellent job.

I had a txt from small holder yesterday. Fox paying unhealthy attention to hens and lambs just before dusk. Duely arrived 8.20 pm. Sat out until 10.pm nothing except a patrolling roe buck.

Most supermarkets have Wash me laundry bases. The big machines take 20 kg. Costs £11.
Put it in on a 60 c wash plus anything else you need washing. Takes 45 mins and you get a txt 5 mins before the cycle finishes.

I recorded 14 mm in April so yesterday's 15 mm exceed April's total. Local farmers will be rejoicing. 90% maize drilled and some up already and 1st cut silage completed so ground had a good soak. If it stays calm it will do the world of good. I will have to water my big planters to get them...
Its not a Gos or a peregrine. Gos is very secretive and won't be seen perching in full view. Peregrine tend to perch at the top of the highest point available.
I think it's a buzzard but may be a honey buzzard.

I will have been a Loctite of some sort.
Just clean it off and use fresh locate when you reassemble.
I expect a SD member will advise on what type of Loctite to use. I dont know as my rails are not Loctited.
