Try skiing behind it there is a black run. There is a continuous rain of rock fragments off the N face. First time I saw the Eiger we watched a helicopter recovering 3 dead climbers. Its a beautiful but deadly mountain.

Was in LA in the 70s. Huge infact ginormous thunder storm. Flight back to UK delayed by hours and eventually when we departed pretty impressive spectacle and v bumpy flight in a DC10!

I have been using my XQ 38 for 11 years. Permanently on a neck strap. Its never been in a pocket of any sort. Its either hanging off Its strap or in my hand. Its a vital tool and should be used as such. For your budget you could pick up a SH Helion which will do all you need.

I have seen quite a few at foot in the last week or so. In this case fenced railway on Left and grass field on right. I saw a doe in there last night so fingers crossed mum would soon find it.

Driving home this evening down a narrow lane and this little fellow was in the road. Clearly lost it's mum but eventually dived into a deep ditch I expect mum will find it
