  3. Sauer 100 Fieldshoot vs Benelli Lupo in Wood

Just to add the tikka entry level lite is now getting closer to £1300 with the recent price increases. You could almost add a silencer to the Benelli for the price of the tikka.
  4. Sauer 100 Fieldshoot vs Benelli Lupo in Wood

I shouldered the Lupo granite moss on the weekend at the local shop. Felt solid, compact and didn’t feel that it was “awkward “ in the hold that some reviewers have suggested. For a grand it seems good value.
  5. Browning HMR 17 T Bolt trigger

Nice one, happy bunny bashing. A very underrated rifle in the uk with a great action and probably the best magazine on a rimfire 👍
  6. Browning HMR 17 T Bolt trigger

Jewel do a really good after market trigger for the browning. But if you don’t want to stump up the £400 you can adjust it yourself. You basically remove the shelf that the spring is sitting on a that makes it pretty good. I did it with mine and it’s east to do but will invalidate your...
  7. Why do they seem to make rifles that way?

I’m pretty sure CZ do a left handed HMR in the American sporter and varmint models for the 457. Or at least they claim to do so on their website.
  8. Wanted: Tikka T3x 6.5 Creedmoor left handed action

As above , second hand or new considered. Also full rifle or barrelled action is fine as I already have a stock but it must be left handed. Welcome to any variation of the T3 varmint / lite etc. Also looking for a mod so et me know what you’ve got.
  9. Just got my FAC for .22 .223 65CM & .308 What to buy now?

It just eliminates more things that can lead to a miss. If like me you only get one or two shots on an outing then why take a chance.
  10. Just got my FAC for .22 .223 65CM & .308 What to buy now?

The sporter stocks are great for weight and snagging but I could never get a comfortable hold on any of them really . Having shot clays for some years now it’s taught me the importance of gun fit and I now believe rifles need the same attention.
  11. Just got my FAC for .22 .223 65CM & .308 What to buy now?

I now have the creed slot to fill. After going round the houses and looking at most rifles I’ve settled on a Tikka T3x lite. A rifle I said that I’d never buy again because everyone has one and they are “ boring” . Anyway I’m eating my words now but I do hate their standard stocks so I’ve just...
  12. Blaser R8 Professional 2.0

Anyone know what the deal with these as I can’t really find much online. It appears the be the entry level blaser so presumably it has the calibre swap option and an adjustable stock. Prices appear to be at the £3500 mark , which when you factor in the mounts near on four grand. Is there...
  13. For Sale: (NEW) IN STOCK NOW! PARD Night Stalker 4K eX Night Vision Scope

    Ignore me 896g with battery
  14. Ear defenders

I have the Peltor and they are good. Great battery life and very comfortable. When I first got them they appeared to be a little quiet so when I was trying to talk to my mates when clay pigeon shooting , things appeared to be a bit muffled. However now they are spot on , three months later and...
