I'm running RS76 with 153gr A-Tips and getting over 3k in a 26in barrel. If you want to stick to Viht, I'd go N560.

what bullet, what barrel length - you should be getting 3k - suspect 568 too slow for your application

I am surprised the Wildcat Elite Ti has not been mentioned previously on this thread. Two variants a 7in and now a compact 5in to compliment it. The 7in is very good in terms of sound attenuation.

The other option is to fireform 22.250 brass - although neck a touch short

How fast are you cycling the bolt? That looks like the round has kicked because the bolt was cycled too slowly allowing the round to kick up. Failing that, feed lips may need adjusting

I cannot see a Lovex powder slow enough to work with the PRC. The slowest powder I can see is SO70, which is roughly equivalent to RS62/N555 territory. Lighter bullets may be OK on that, but PRC performs much better on slower powders.
