Did you use different weight for different game or what is the practical approach?

Did anybody use use different bluet weight in the same rifle. I test RWS DK 165g and RWS EVO 185g in Tikka 308win. On the target i do not notice significant difference. Zero on scope was not changed. Did anybody have similar experiences?
