Have a box of CCI BR4 primers for sale. 1000 primers.
Based on previous sales I’ll do £200 for the 1000.
Brought last year but never ended up using them in my load development. Settled on a good combo now so won’t be using them
Strictly collection only I’m afraid. Based in LU1 beds

Great, if the work well I’d be keen to know what fps you are getting from the 18inch barrel. I’m getting 2490 from my combo which is low for 223 but good for 14.5” barrel. This was the group I got at 100m, black square is inch x inch
Hi mate. I’m using 19.6 n130 with a 69tmk. Coal 2.2770 which fit nicely in the standard plastic 10 round mag. Load is a little on the warm side so work up to it.
Mine is also the short barrel version
My current home load is:
168 Tmk
Ppu brass
72.5 N160
Federal Lmag primer
Coal 3.505
Remington r700 with r5 rifling 24inch barrel
3025fps
Super accurate in my current set up well sub MOA at 100m. If I remember correctly they have a 0.080 jump to the lands.
I have rechecked on the loading software and it doesn’t have a huge effect on pressures. Just wanted to know if anyone else has come across this before
Anyone ever had issues with inconsistent seating depths due to tipped projectiles touching the (guessing here… the inside of the seating due?)
I’m getting cbto readings of 2.7890 to 2.7950 with the TMKs. Case length is the same. Primers are not sticking out, same pressure on the press. Can’t...
It was something I had to try. With my last 223 I shot further and more consistently with 53gn supervarmint compared to a 69gn tmk… that was out of a r700 police, 26inch barrel.
