I have always done just 100 at a time with three different cals to choose from for foxes and situations it could take me 2 years to get though them all depending on scope changes
Sorry Mike I think we’ve got crossed wires lol I was just pointing out how much easier it was doing it that way . And Keith says it good to know where you are at short range
Probably to do with the high of the scope cross hair is and centre of barrel I say 2” it was probably a bit less of maybe 1.3/4” I tried to keep it to a round figure 👍🏻 to make it easier understand
It made it much more easier to zero and x&y were smaller increments
Hi all don’t know if anyone as tried thisi have a new Atn Tico 6 clip-on and I was zeroing it in last night
So I made sure my day scope was on at 100 y
Then I brought the target in to 25 y
Put one more bullet through it that distance 2” low of what I was at 100y
Then added my thermal clip-on...
I wasn’t sure if I had this photo but just found it from 2019 scope change believe or not because I didn’t at the time lol 😂 this is a three shot group with my howa 204r it still to this day is the best three shot group I have ever done
