Yeah as said, anecdotal. Just from my experience that bigger frontal diameter bullet just kills better. My 308 definitely seems to knock them down better, if you can hit them in the first place! They all do the same thing. Just my experience

I did but availability at the time was poor. Happy with the rem mag anyway, does seem to kill better but it’s all anecdotal.

Are your rings and rail tight enough? It's a bloody heavy scope...

Attempted this once with a big sika hind who got back up and bowled me and the dog down a hill. Never again.

Amazingly someone else posted about this on the Facebook group today. Assume added in a very recent firmware update. Seems it is as I thought and just simply a place to name your profile. Case closed!

Picked an Alpex 4K up today and had hoped the stars would align and it would just fit in my Talley lightweight rings. Unfortunately they are both too low and cannot get the scope mounted far enough back, so will have to stick a pic rail on the rifle. Anyone know if medium rings will be ok on...

They won’t last. My first pair years ago were half decent and got a few seasons out them. Replaced with the same recently and quality is comparatively shocking. Zip cover panel ripped off both within a few weeks, rubber strap soon followed.

Second this. They did one for my p6e and the quality is unreal. About the only pattern I could find that actually covers the ladder rack posts too
