Which arguably is understandable, but if you have a DSC1 or (as in my case) an NRA Bisley membership I wonder what else you need to do in order to prove your worth...it feels like a catch 22 situation to me sometimes

I have lenses specifically for shooting; my dominant eye lens is for distance and the other one for close up. So it's a bit odd at first and my brain needs to adjust to it but it works really well (for me). I do a fair bit of range shooting as well and being able to switch from distance to close...

I'm in the same situation and despite the abundance of deer around here (I'm in Guildford) it seems hard to find anywhere without having insider contacts. Perhaps it's just because I'm relatively new to this, but Barelands looks interresting, thanks for the tip @tikkawarrior
