Probably fluke but I don't think it's tapeworm as they usually have fluid filled cysts. If lymph nodes are ok then probably not infection. Tumours in deer are rare and it doesn't look right.
Could be cystic kidney. Seen this commonly can be single or multiple cysts. . If other kidney is normal and no urine smell on opening carcase then probably ok for food chain .
