    Very lean compared to say our Fallow which would be closest to your deer. Very good taste and similar to deer. My guess would be 150kg on the hoof. Did not weigh carcass. 7 days in chiller. 5 more weeks to go before I may put any weight on the foot. Frustrating to say the least. Johan.

    Thank you for the kind words Tim. Anneke got this young bull with a clean headshot at 234m with the 22-250 Ackley. Shooting 55gr Sierra Blitzkings at 3930 fps. Quality meat at its best. Johan.
