CZ527 223 stocks should fit the 22 Hornet perfectly. I have tried the kevlar Bell and Carson one.

The Truckman locks are very poor quality design, both the new and older type. Inevitably they soon fail under normal working conditions. The only benefit of the newer type is that you don’t need to remove numerous self tapping screws that have electrolytically corroded themsekfs to the frame...

Looks a handy set up and excellent value for money. If you don’t mind me asking, what make and diameter was the rope and how did it perform ? I have an Eder capstan and proper winch rope is pretty expensive, especially to be dragged through brash 😊

The Cz factory .17 Hornet thumb hole laminate stock is a great replacement for the standard .22 Hornet stock.

Have you personally tried this ? Just wondering as the .22 Hornet will fit into a .223 Kevlar Varmint stock fine.
