Thanks it sounds like the exact same position I’m in, as I have a feeling without a borescope photo supplier may not replace. May I ask what borescope you used and I will have a look at buying one, another useful tool!
Initially this was my thought! But no it’s straight by eye however with such tight tolerances it could be the reason. Cases were very clean, they had been through a wet tumble so no chance of any dry media being on them either
