Thin end of the wedge if Kenny MacAskill pushes this daft idea through.
SNP want all firearms in Scotland banned, or at least so heavily legislated that no-one, especially not private...
Following on from Pine Marten's bad experience in London name your favourite gun and rifle shops - past and present.
For me my favourites are / were:
Brock and Norris:
Mike Norris - not exactly old-fashioned as he is at the top of his game and the new shop is uber modern. Absolute gentleman and...
Joe can be a grumpy sod, but he does actually have a good sense of humour and when you get to know him has a good heart.
I'm no 'mate' of Joe's and my first experience with him was pretty much the same as yours, but he has cut me some excellent deals and often when totting up the bill rounds...

.270 150gr
thanks in advance for any help. Cheers.
Burris Fullfield II 3-9x40.
And for those of you that think I'm nuts, hold fire until you try one.
Clear as a whisky glass and stick to zero like s##t to a shoe. I've got two of them on .308s - one on my girlfriend's rifle too.
I was at LAMMA today and spent ages queueing for the roast pork baps, which unsurprisingly were served in a dry tasteless roll and pretty crappy all round. It was only when the crowds went down to the end of the day that I even saw your stand! Totally missed it. LAMMA must be a hard show though...
