I think the best you will find is capped windage and a lock down elevation turret. Athlon tac do this and probably others But within 300 yards you mas as well go sfp with a BDC reticle and learn your drops at around 8x magnification for your setup

A mate has one built, lovely rifle but he wishes he had gone 22 arc with the lead ban hitting .243. He also mentioned that he struggles to reach the velocity with most readily available uk powders
