You’d be in more trouble shooting to injure them (under wildlife protection law) rather than shooting them with the intention of killing them…….(using section 7 defence)

Peregrine do lead free bullets with metal tips, I have used these but pointless to compare them to a different bullet (Barnes for example) as bullet construction will effect terminal performance much more than tip material I would have thought
I agree with this 100%.
It’s similar in a way to not disclosing a speeding ticket at renewal (or grant). In itself the ticket isn’t necessarily a problem but they see it as a major problem if it’s not disclosed on the application
