Thanks guys, just done 500g with 6g salt and 2g pepper and we thought they were a touch too salty so knocking it back a couple of grams. Once through a coarse plate, nice and meaty texture and stayed moist. 👌👌

Not so, the early ones were all VCSEL, both my Arkens are 100% VCSEL, this is why the Zulus took off at a fantastic rate of knots because the IR was so good and gave such a good image. The option to swap out the pils came about later iirc around the time the 3-12 was launched.

I’m pretty sure all the V1’s were VCSEL from stock, the non LRF couldn’t be swapped but the LRF versions could, if its second hand is it worth contacting the previous owner?

Is it non LRF? these were VCESL and couldn’t be swapped out.

Of course but still not perfect, the 100 round boxes are a bit long to slip in your back pocket, the rounds rattle and the lids don’t stay put on the CCI or Eley boxes and need taping like the cardboard ones, don’t ask me how i know lol.
